The Tattnall County Board of Education provides an array of employee benefits for all full-time employees.

Sick Bank Open Enrollment period is September 1st through November 1st. To be eligible to join you must have completed 2 years of service with our system (starting on your 3rd year) and have accrued 20 days of sick leave . We will assess 1 day of sick leave as a requirement to join. Periodically, it is necessary for us to assess another day as needed. The sick bank helps you if you have any serious personal illness or injury (not family members... you only). To use the Sick Bank, you must have exhausted all of your sick leave.
